Our Settlement Services are Offered Free of Cost

Newcomer Settlement Program (NSP): – Supporting newcomers, immigrants, refugees, and families

We provide free services and practical guidance to help newcomers, women and their families navigate the Canadian social, cultural, legal and financial systems – helping them through the settlement process of daily life in Canada.

What We Offer

The NSP program supports immigrants, newcomers, and refugees in navigating the Canadian system. This includes assistance with housing, healthcare, education, social services, completing documents, and connecting with relevant government services. Immediate needs for refugees are also addressed, such as providing support for those at risk of homelessness by offering winterization, document assistance, and guidance for securing employment. When legal issues arise, referrals to legal experts are arranged based on client needs.

Our multilingual staff will provide you with information and education about your rights and responsibilities. We will ensure that you have access to community resources.

We offer: Needs Assessments and Referrals
